Thirty years of combined experience in the Las Vegas Real Estate market have taught us that many Las Vegas buyers like to drive by and look at homes before they seek the services of a REALTOR®.

We decided to tap this market by developing a Driving Tour of all our listed properties.

Every home and piece of land we have listed is placed on the tour, with an abbreviated description of the property, and directions to it.  One of these tours is attached to the back of every flyer, in every brochure box, on every sign in front of one of our listings.

A buyer who finds one of our listings by chance, and even though it may not be the home for him, can use the Tour to drive-by and look at all our other listings from the outside.  If he finds one that suits him, he then calls us to look at the home. 

Refusing to pressure buyers to give us information about themselves before they are ready to commit has given us more loyal clients, and has brought thousands of buyers to view our listings.

Such a small convenience for buyers, such great results for sellers.
